It is new and boxed, supplied with flexible inlet tails. Also included are 2 x strainer / check / isolating valves and flow limiters.

• Single lever sequential operation – goes smoothly and reliably from cold to hot
• Fits standard tap hole 28 – 35mm
• Integral thermostat set to 41 deg C – installer can modify
• Suitable for high and low pressure systems
